We’re not big on “content” round these parts, but I just got this uber-cool link from one of the editors of Magwerk. These kids have created three online magazines with sublime Flash interfaces complete with advertisements and little Easter Egg pop-up things. The next best thing to e-paper, if you ask me.I've never liked the e-zine interface (like Zinio or NewsStand), but this works very well, though I dispute the contention that Aerial is Kate Bush's best album. Check 'em out here. You know, though, there will come a day, very soon, when "mimicking the look and feel of a print edition" will be a pointless exercise.
There are three titles, PlayMusicMagazine, Probe—about gaming, and Encore, an arts title. Seriously. This is the interface of the future for print.
